When can you enroll?
Under Age 65
-
During open enrollment from November 1st to January 1st
OR -
Outside of open enrollment with a Special Enrollment Period, such as loss of qualifying coverage, birth of a child, marriage, etc.
Age 65 +

Initial Enrollment Period – A 7-month window: 3 months prior to, the month of, or 3 months after your 65th birthday
OR -
Annual Open Enrollment from October 15th to December 7th. (Medicare Part A and Part B required before call).
